Either of these willl be useful for future complaints. Please check the problem is actually the osu! server by tracerouting and ensuring the failure is happening at the last hop before using the phone number, though.

I have always made my number available. Wise or not, I believe it is the best way to ensure you guys can't hold me solely responsible when osu! is not accessible

Updates and features can be viewed at the changelog, which is updted daily. I could make that an rss feed if there was enough support.
