This map is pretty good for a first map.

You might want to add some tags to the map.

Relaxing:

Combo mod:
01:19:69 (3) - new combo? (I think you should keep the pattern of short combos for the rest of the map, since you did it at the part before the spinner)
01:27:57 (4) - this area needs a new combo I advise adding a new combo here or at 01:30:29 (8)

I'm not very comfortable with black hit circles since there is black in the background which makes it very hard to see some of them. Perhaps change the color to something else.
I don't believe the background is greater than 1MB in size. Can you try making the size lower?

Other than that, the map itself is really good!

Wait wait the 1/1 beats are on red ticks OW

Put the offset at 3042 then resnap. Adjust the other offsets afterwards (this is +18 from the original. I don't know why I'm getting that large of an offset difference... please double check, but with the +18 I get the best results)

i got 637 offset. and if you have timing changed, resnap all notes and reinsert breaktime.

Only one thing, did you consider using a bit of Kiai? You didn't use any in the whole map, so i wanted to ask you.

If you listen carefully to the song, in beats like 00:58:19 (1), 01:00:61 (1), 01:03:04 (7, beginning), 01:05:46 (15) etc.. there's a clap in the song.
Maybe adding a clap hitsound in those kind of beats could be a great addition ^^
Feel free to test this and see if you like it

Anyways, it's unable to download "Relaxing" Difficulty.
At first I thought it's my computer's problem so I requested to others to download it.
But they said "There's only 1 difficulty for me, either"

Please Resubmit your map please. "Relaxing" is not included on your osz. file.
