In my opinion, i think it's the best to not use their songs just to avoid that, not only that, but don't let that happen in any way, don't use any copyrighted songs and you'll be fine.
So a few hours after all the strikes were sent out a_hisa and the channels came to agreement and had the vids with his music removed and the channels reinstated and no this will not be the norm. The fact this happened at all is a short-sighted decision from a_hisa himself who basically had his beliefs about the community reaffirmed through this shitstorm (he never liked us as a community and wants nothing to do with us (which fair but damn)) and put out a statement about it a few hours back. Basically just be mindful of what replays you post, It doesn't matter which ones you post, if asked or strikes happen, just remove it. For more context, a lot of osu content creators are getting striked on YouTube by the request of an artist. Even an osu replay channel bt the name of Circle People got terminated because they got several strikes at once. If things go on like this, it might be the end of osu content on YouTube...

I am writing this apology to discuss the allegations of me being a digitist on the osu forums. I would like to first say that I am not a digitist, but merely ignorant of what I say. When I had generalized 6 digits on Twitter, it was mainly to be in a joking manner much like you would see on Twitter itself. I never realized how ignorant I was about this until it was pointed out to me, by one 6 digit themselves. So I have come here to take full accountability for what I have said. All I can do is hope you will all forgive me. As a way to fix this situation I will be opening up a charity to help struggling 6 and 7 digits go up in the ranks, this charity is called Play More (Players Lifting Assigned Yen Make Overall Rank Evolve) where all proceeds will go to helping struggling 6 and 7 digits get better.
