Definitely not a good idea to delete it though, just ask them to temporarily lock it if you can't help logging in, you may want to come back in the future
It's better to just lock your account instead of deleting it

why would you do that lmao, in any case just ask osu! staff to LOCK your account, not delete it, there is no reason why remove the stuff you've already posted if you just want to quit

nah, it's just because they consider part of osu!history, they dont want old records just being deleted, this also ties on the "only one account per person" policy, they just want to keep the leaderboards pure and precise, no multi accs, no missing records, no cheated runs, everything it's just there
