I think [Recycle]'s 1 second is better. 0.0

Please change the lead-in of all diff to 1 second or I suggest 1.5 ~ 2 seconds is better. XD

Add some Kiai Time in Reuse and Reduce. At least 1 or 2 is fine since all the other difficulties have it.
