...believe it or not, but i don't rage in games at all!
but once when i was trying to fc a hard fnf song and missed the note legit at the end, i kid you not, i paused the game, sat staring at my screen, and then just did the smallest screech and tried again (i fc'd it that time!)

it can range from severe depression to nuclear warfare.
most games can usually get out of me is sharp exhales, either of the frustrated or disappointed variety.
I don't rage at most games at all, except osu. Will sometimes yell and beat my desk (though I am forced to improve that)

This doesn't directly answer your question, but (online speed) chess is the most tilting game I've ever experienced. A few days ago I almost hit 2400 lichess for the first time, I made it to 2378 before I started draining back, and it left me feeling irascible and with a sinking feeling for the entire day.
Bonus: My speculation for why chess is so tilting is that people often consider chess to be a proxy for intelligence, even if it is not entirely true. It's easy to tell yourself that you lost a game because you're stupid, or not diligent etc.
