I was skinning, and i noticed a white border around the mods icons (hd dt ecc.) i tried fixing the problem by scaling the sprite by one pixel on photoshop but it didn't work, i also tried to remove the transparent parts of the png but again nothing.

This sounds and looks like a known rendering issue in the osu! stable client. You can find some more information and a program to work around the issue here: community/forums/topics/1244643?n=1
