Toggle Replay Speed via Hotkeys

Can we have a Hotkey for changing replay speed, eg SHIFT+ (speeding up) and SHIFT- (slowing down)?

Current replay speed cycles in this order: 1x, 2x, 0.5x and this is kind of awkward when one tries to slow down the replay at vital spot. While "seasoned" replay viewers can remember how many times to click depending on replay speed, it's a pain for an average user. Having hotkeys such as SHIFT+/- allows one to simply spam the hotkey to slow down the replay and imo that is more user friendly.

Thoughts?

I confess that I didn't know F was the cycle key...gosh such a noob I am =.=

Eh... F only cycles between 1x 2x 0.5x and does not help the scenario described in the OP though. I'll leave the fate of this thread to the mods if it serves no purpose at all.

instead relative one, i prefer absolute one, (both of them are okay :P)

such as Shift+123 to change the speed into 0.5x/1.0x/2.0x respectively,
(while replay scrubber had 1234 5 6789 to speed change which is 4321 (-4,-3,-2,-1x) is the opposite of 6789 (1,2,3,4x) and 5 to stop, but not with 0.5x)

^Was just going to say that... late to the party I guess.

The test build has already had speed-control and seeking features for a long time now, but they're nowhere near ready for the public. I'm assuming that peppy's very busy with other things, so it's probably going to be sitting on the backburner for some time longer.

I might try and get it out in a semi-working state soon, actually. Just need to turn off rewind functionality and it works near-perfect already.

It's cuttingedge version
Also, to upload a beatmap, go to your map in editor, press file at the top left and click on upload
You can also press Ctrl Shift U, as long as you don't use that binding for otger programs, like puush
Also, please do not uselessly bump an old thread, or post in it for a completely different reason than the mail goal of this thread
