lowered HP Drain and OverallRemmyX25 wrote:
I don't know why the middle difficulty (and supposed "pleasant" one) has a higher HP drain rate than hard? I strongly recommend lowering Pleasants HP Drain instead of raising Hards.
Actually on second thought, Pleasants Overall Difficulty could be lowered as well.
no. but most map can be played in osu/taiko/ctb, all together 3 modes.orioncomet wrote:
Did this map say (taiko) ?
I dont know how to say
if you don't like it, just don't play it, if you think you're right, just tell BATs to unrank all the maps look ugly in taiko mode, then the osu mappers will know how to make a taiko mapNatsumeRin wrote:

if you even don't want to have a try, stop your comment on what i said.
if you think osu! shouldn't have taiko mode or ctb mode, tell peppy about that.
it's because in [Normal] and [Hard], the map is using a (Normal-Normal-Whistle/Clap-Normal) Main beats at all time. It seems taka didn't spend much time on hitsounds.Gabi wrote:
aye agreed. consider yourself lucky that osu! beatmaps can even convert into taiko beatmaps. It's not taka's fault if the hard diff on taiko wasn't very good...
also i played the hard diff on taiko, i didn't think it was too bad, then again i wouldn't know what a bad taiko map is. and i don't think taka knows either lol.
separate the ratings is a great idea.MegaManEXE wrote:
This is a stupid argument.
There's a reason someone suggested either having separate ratings or disabling them entirely for CtB and Taiko, and that's because the maps are entirely different when played in those modes.
It's not in the ranking criteria for the map the be amazing for Taiko, and I think your comments in chat about this version being the "worst ever" are far too harsh when taka doesn't play Taiko. So then how could he know what makes a good Taiko map or not?
I'm not going to say "if you don't like it, don't play it" because if you like the song you should play it, but it's silly to get so worked up just because a map that wasn't designed for a specific mode isn't fun/playable in that mode.
There are plenty of maps that don't play well in Taiko - I don't think it's fair to taka to just single this one out.
ign's post said most what I want to say.ignorethis wrote:
It's selfish to consider the problem only in your opinion. Most Taiko players don't complain much.
If you think taka's map doesn't play well in Taiko mode, then you can just go ahead and make a taiko version, and persuade BATs to get it ranked.I don't completely agree with Megaboy in his pic, but it's a fact that Taiko mode is only a derivative mode of osu!, that means most mappers won't consider what a map will look like in Taiko, and they're totally not obligated to do that. You have to accept this fact.
I hope I make myself clear on this problem, so I just hope you shut up on this and go on with your taiko gaming.
