Notes: The map is nice so far, but the spacing feels a bit uneven. Make sure to check the spacing as best as you can (even comparing the space to the size of the notes can help). Also, make sure the shapes are not too uneven at least so that it doesn't effect the playability. checked, spacing is correct~
Overall: The map and the SB is good so far. Not overdone or lacking. Make sure to look into the errors and to also check for more to make things easier for you. Good job overall though and i'll drop my star in then. thanks for your greaaaaaaaat mod!!

This is really a difficulty song to map, because all the drums and beats fall on white ticks, but all the lyrics fall on blue tick... ;_; Plus, I am not that good in mapping a vocal-and-beats not synch song, hence, your feeling of oddness at some couple parts. The SB could be further optimized (you don't need an 1800px image to cover a 640x480 screen) but I don't think it'd really have any impact to add a black-1.png for the opening fade effect.
white.jpg should also be resized to 640x480 for the reason above - it still fills the screen when positioned at 320x240 Centred k, all fixed, full submitting...

Also the organizational structure in the SB folder is nice, but you've now got a Thumbs.db file in there - this is just Windows being an idiot, but the file isn't needed at all, so you'll have to delete it before re-uploading. Emm, I didn't find the Thumbs.db file
One last little tweak that I think is needed is at the 9 second mark, where the whole cast is shown:
The foreground black layer contains these two lines near the end of the block (lines 73 and 74, according to alvisto difficulty):
