I am looking for a person who has a little bit of idea on skinning for all modes.
I want to custmize my skin but I am not sure on what sprites to change.

I am not actually looking for feedback on the skin nor asking anyone to make a custom skin. I was looking for someone who could help me to customize my skin. I've tried searching tutotials on youtube but they all seem to be for osu!standard and not for mania.

Ah, there's a list of mania skins if you're interested to know all of its elements here:
osu! - Skinnable Files - Detailed List - osu!mania skins are in purple highlighted category + skin.ini commands (really essential to know in osu!mania)
osu!mania skinning - providing example pictures and other infomation

You can refer to both of them as a guidance to make osu!mania skins.
