I upgraded my motherboard and CPU and I have been having fps drops every time I move my mouse.

What is the polling rate of your mouse? if its 1000 or above, try lowering it a little and see if it still happens. You can generally change this in the software made for your mouse (for example in my case, in Logitech G hub under "report rate")

Thank you so much, turning my polling rate to the lowest setting makes my game run so much better!
