How is someone with a 101-161pp spread only 220K? That seems super criminal.
Anyways, it's mainly just pp farming, or you can bring up your lower-end pp closer to your higher-end. Eventually you'll have to set better plays, but 220-200 should be very doable adding some new 150-160pp plays.

Try on more mods like HD and DT and see if it increases. You've mostly been playing NM after all.
