It's not impossible, you just have horrible rhythm sense.
If you don't have any idea how fast the map is going, the "speed" of the objects coming in (i.e. a slow triplet vs. a fast triplet), and the general rhythm of the song, you're going to have horrible accuracy in this game anyways but it'll be extra-horrendous when you're playing with the OD almost at its most restrictive and punishing.
On the one hand, it might be better to just play a lot of OD10 songs (naturally via HR) or using something like mcosu or Osu!Trainer to change it), but on the other I wonder if you'd be better off learning to play OD8 or 9 first before jumping to OD10.
