[Archived] Crashing

my game keeps crashing whenever I'm in the middle of a map or sometimes it will just freeze my computer making me unable to play I have deleted and reinstalled the game into different file locations as well as cleared up any background clutter on my computer but the problem still persists is there any way I can fix this?

can you please get the crash info from event viewer and paste them into a reply here? This guide shows how to do that: wiki/en/Help_centre#event-viewer

Try updating your graphics drivers (make sure to clean install them) or if that persists you may need to completely uninstall them with a DDU and reinstall them with your respective graphics website
