Need Help: Inconsistent Aim

I gradually play and improve aim wise and consistency wise, but there are some days specifically where I pop off and other days where I literally can not move except in straight lines. I found the issue lies in the fact that my aim is good if my finger joints move my pen well (For reference I play on an unusually high sensitivity 60 Width + Force aspect ratio), and I've tried multiple times to transition to a lower sensitivity but didn't click with it. I think the biggest issue I have is my grip and how it's centered solely around my fingers moving the pen and my hand resting on the tablet, which would make for inconsistency. Any ideas for a better grip or any advice in general?

some grip that feels good to hold, you don't need to tense up, you can do movements you want to use to aim without grip slipping. after that learn to play better with it

make a grip that is easy to hold and unable to be slipped, and is able to comfortably hold the stylus/pen, it will greatly improve aim consistency as it actually worked for me in the long run

there is an easy solution to getting consistent aim, it doesnt matter if you play with tablet or mouse, it also doesnt matter what grip you use is.

the solution is... playing a mixture of long maps(maps which requires aim and are >=5mins) and short hard jump maps(hard but passable and have big spacings)

This and try to play a low enough star rating song to get really good acc (like 98%). Slowly build the difficulty from there (obviously maps have different skillsets so keep that in mind). Of course this doesn't have to be every play session but it wouldn't hurt to spare some time trying to improve acc this way.
