[resolved] Can I take this inactive username?>>?

Problem details: I wanted to change my username again and uhm is taken by an inactive user for 5 years the player is quite good way better than me but their global ranking is not a number but a " - " is it not possible?

If the name is available on https://osu.ppy.sh/store/products/32, then you can automatically take it through there. Otherwise, you cannot take it.

The exact criteria for taking another person's username can be found here: wiki/en/Help_centre/Account#take-existing-username

Uhm okay i wanted to take the username but that user does not show last seen but is not an active account the username is "Xiao" i still donn't quite understand the Osu system so why did it not show?

Looking at the algorithm for username claim times, assuming the user remains inactive, the name should be available on 29/09/2027
