A help forum (like the feature requests) were you can ask something like for what stand the coulors for or what [archivd] means. This would helpful becuase you cant find anything in the wiki. OR a Feature Requests for the wiki page!

Dependently on what you ask for (advice on how to play game, or problem with game) you either ask in Gameplay & Rankings or Technical support.

I think OP just wants a subforum to put threads like these:

They're not exactly gameplay questions, or a problem worthy of technical support. Also they don't really belong where they currently are, in a subforum full of beatmapping questions.

My take on this would be to just split the General Questions subforum into Beatmapping Questions (remains under WIP/help) and another (non-beatmapping) General Questions forum, where people can ask such questions.

Some odd threads (but still questions that don't quite fit in 13 or 5 ) around the forum can go there too.

I will stay within my words, that technical support can be treated as general question also.

Having to moderate one more forum is not really needed.
