I've lost skin that looks just like https://osuskins.net/skin/wEaMJGb but with different sound effects.

will be appreciate for any help

Are you sure this wasn't just Yugen? Perhaps you have beatmap hitsounds enabled or you're not using skins sound samples. Both can be changed in the game's settings.
