I dont even know how to answer this question, streaming is really cpu intensive, so you might look into a better cpu?

easiest way to know is to try it yourself. set up OBS, start a stream, and test it out for yourself. monitor the stream quality by making periodic checks on your bitrate in OBS, and also just watch it on a second monitor or your phone to see whether it looks fine.

don't worry about embarrassing yourself. nobody will see your stream or give a shit, not if you're just starting out.
