lately I've been using 4:3 skins more often(feels more comfortable to play with these borders), and I wanted to know if it's possible to somehow turn a 16:9 skin into 4:3, I tried to find a 4:3 version on the Internet but I couldn't find it.

what do you mean with "feels more comfortable to play with these borders"? are you refereing to a border around the playfield?
But assuming you just mean 4:3 aspect ratio skins, there is no easy way to turn a 16:9 one into one, without editing the images yourself. There is also a catalogue of already existing 4:3 skins you could check out:
