You can easily edit the cursor on any skin, just get any skin, open the cursor with the photo editor of your choice and colour it black. How to do that depends on your editor

This one has a half black cursor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0AuOODheNU though it looks god awful to play with. I dont think many other skins exist with a black cursor if any at all lol, you'll probably be better off doing what RR said above^
