You should resize the BG current was 1228 x 767

Background images must be at a maximum of 1024x768 pixels for 4:3, 1366x768 pixels for 16:9. Although 1366x768 (16:9) is recommended, most background ratios that are 4:3 or 16:9 should also work reasonably well (for example, 800x600 or 852x480). Using an image with a different ratio is fine, but will result in letterboxing (black bars at the top/bottom of the screen) or upscaling (resized image to fill the whole screen).

00:40:807 : How about copy/paste the previous one and make it symetrical?

01:18:597 : Align it correctly? (Meaning that you have to down it a little bit).

Nice diff and following sound, the only thing that could be frustrating is it's an 1/3 map, and newest players are not used of this.

00:15:860 : The entire slider don't need whistle sound, moreover when it's strange to hear it. Try to put the whistle on the middle and end of the slider.

Definitely a harder easy than usual as you mentioned and 1/3 will throw all the beginners off (obviously not your fault there). An interesting change but would like to see more opinions about it.

01:22:386 (3) - I don't know about this following lyrics when everything around it is following the main beat, I would keep it on white ticks
01:39:531 (1) - feels out of place and isn't really following much

New combos seem to go off following the main music rhythm towards the end , will give some suggestions.
01:16:071 (3,3) - would look nicer if stacked
01:08:492 (5) - clap sounds odd on the end as there isn't a main beat there

(not m4m and no kd) Just a comment: the kiai part is not good as the previous part. You'd better to re-consider the structure of kiai part, or try to use the same idea of previous part.

The "bad" stacking is unnoticeable while playing, and it'd be the same if it's perfectly stacked, also the one in Hard would ruin my parallel sliders pattern, so I have to decline both suggestions, sorry >.<

Just changed the streams hitsounding in hard (used the drum sampleset there), I'll keep the normal whistles as I want to make them consistent for all the guitar/vocals layer.

00:30:386 (1) - i'd honestly move this further away from the previous combo to better give the impression that there's a larger time window between these two combos than there was with the previous combos.

Holy shit I've spent a lot of time reworking on Hard, but it's all better now, so it's worth it.
