Pardon me for the ninja-modding, but I'm bored and yours was first on the forum page so:

[Hard]

01:16:08 (1,2,3) - Unexpected triple beats are the MOST ANNOYING beat mapping technique ever devised by man. If you're going to do this, at least follow it up with more triple beats. Because right after this (at 01:18:83 (1,2,3)) you throw a separated faux-triple beat which would seriously screw up most people. Unless you want it to be this way. Which is fine too.

01:22:84 (1) - Kiai should begin with this note. Why you placed it before and potentially borked your offset for the rest of the map is beyond me.

[01:51:94 - 02:16:00] - Random 17 second breaks during perfectly mappable bits of the song do not a good map make. This is just lazy.

I will star this, but only because the rest of the beatmap (aside from the break) is reasonable. Let me know when insane is finished.

Easy to Hard feel like too much of difficulty jump, IMO. I don't know if you planned to make a Normal. But think about it?

00:42:28 - Break is slightly off, reinsert. (I always check this, become a habit to notice the smallest mistakes on this. :P)

[Hard]
02:38:90 (4,5,6) - Confuzzuled me. ._. (Don't like how 4 overlaps 6)
And the breaks, reinsert them. :P

[Insane]
00:52:42 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Defines Insane. :P But kinda tricky, pointing this out, cause I don't like it a little. :\
Reinsert first and second breaks.
The increased spacing kinda confused me, but it was still possible, and fun.

I like this one. Especially Insane, up to a point. :P jk

Awesomeness... incredible!

My only suggestion is:

[SFG Insane]
Since the video ends shortly after the map, 10s, you could make a SB so that the video would run until it was complete. [Like when there are songs where a Skip>> opens up after the map ends, to keep the video going]

Just a suggestion, REALLY optional, but I like when the video doesn't end abruptly.

General:
The dark blue combo color is hard to see in many places.
The custom sounds are interesting

[Easy] Mostly minor things:
00:40:59 (2,3) - I'm not a big fan of stacking notes after the ends of sliders in Easy difficulties. You can leave it if you want, but I think it (and others like it) would be fine unstacked...
00:55:80 (1) - Why is this not a finish?
01:00:45 (1) - Ends awkward, either the previous white tick or the following white tick would work better, in my opinion
01:24:53 (2) - Not crazy about how this one looks.
01:49:88 (1) - finish again
02:00:23 (1) - Sort of a "huh?" when I first played. Just not a very emphasized beat to put a circle on for an Easy
02:45:66 (2) - yeah same shape again. It's not really an issue but it could look better, you know?

[Larto's Normal] MOSTLY good
00:37:63 (2) - This feels particularly under-spaced.
01:19:46 (1) - Really great slider. I like it :D
02:14:39 (2) - osu did not flip this well, so it is ugly and lop-sided. Not sure how to fix it, but try again.
02:16:92 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - Bad choice here. Terrible way to map the section. You can do better.
02:30:45 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - This looks fine in editor, but when you play, the stack gets so tall that 02:36:78 (5) doesn't stack properly... and even if it did, it would look bad.

[Hard] I like the spacing on "JOH KAH."
00:32:14 (1,2) - This tripped me up a bit. Could be because I suck, but I think it's because the slider and the following beat are mapped to different instruments with no signal or time to adjust
01:35:52 (3,4) - This is hard to read because up to this point, notes stacked on slider ends have been 1/2 beat after the slider ends, and this one's only 1/4... unstacking it might actually be better... or jyst end the slider earlier
02:56:64 (3,4) - ^

[SFG Insane] Just my personal opinion, but a difficulty like this isn't a very good fit for this song, overall.
I won't pick it apart but here are some thoughts:
01:06:15 (1,1) - Using this spacing here totally dilutes the impact of the "JOH KAH" spacing later
02:16:92 (1) through 02:30:23 (7) - I kind of like this part. Or at least, I feel like this is the part where the insanity feels warranted. I feel like if you set this part as the "most insane" part, and scaled the rest of the map down so that it builds up to get here, it would work better.

I tryed to mod this but that spacing makes no sense to me.
You can call me a hypocrite but I really don't think Insane is rankable.
But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that it is. And let your bubble stand for now
Other diffs are ok I guess rankable at least.

no one can change Jesus Christ. not even me. Also, I've seen more difficult maps ranked before...consistency please? I'm not going to change my map. Hell, I haven't even run osu! in the past two months. But there's no reason for it not to be ranked, and arguing that something can't be ranked because its "too hard?" That sounds like exactly the type of thing that would get any mapper on your ass for being biased against their map and too strict. In fact... many players and BAT have shown the standard to be otherwise. Just yknow, fyi

For what it's worth, Insane is quite intuitive for me. Some learning is required, and some parts are difficult to play, but it's not really that difficult to read or understand.

Some of your other big jumps could be just a tad smaller in my opinion. Not by much, just a little. fix'd

Easy:
Well done for an easy. The only suggestion i can make is to make the hit circles larger. (You know me and my large hitcircle for easy diffs thing)
Oh and these:
01:24:11 (1,2) - The left side would look better straighter. fix'd
02:45:23 (1,2) - Copy ^ that slider and replace this one with it. This one doesnt look right. fix'd
SUGGESTION: 02:34:88 (1) - make this a slider instead which lasts until the red tick. It would sound better imo. fix'd

Very very true. I guess personally, I just hate the difficulty jump from Hard to Insane. If there was a regular insane (instead of batshit insane), I'd be more fine with the hardest diff. I guess this is the same argument as with "make an easy". "Make a regular insane." Oh well :?
