Hey so I was wondering if there was a way to make it so the skin fits just right. The ranking panel has this little gap that annoys me. you should try uploading the screenshot to something like imgur or use shift + f12 to upload it.
I am not totally sure which gap you mean.. the one on the top of the rakning panel?

Does the image work?
Yes that link works. There is two ways to fix this: using ranking title + letters or using ranking-letters only. Heres two of my skins, each taking one of the two approaches:
