If you're looking for feedback on your map, post it in a mod que in the Modding Queues Forum. Please read this post: community/forums/topics/726725?n=1 on how to use that forum correctly before posting 
If you're just looking to advertise your map though, instead just send it to your friends or in multi lobbies, as there's no place for that on the forums.
