Hmm..I am so sorry to tell you that this diff is better to be remaped.
Reasons: Overmap: too much beats created by your own.
And I haven't saw something interesting in the map.. So sorry..
Playing other great mapper's map will help a lot for you to know how to follow the beats and how to make every objects on the position.
I can see your ideas in the map, so one day you can be a really good mapper since you have a gift for your own beats. But before that you should know how and where to put them to peoples ,but not only you can enjoy your beats.lol
Use distance snap even in Hard and insane when you don't want to jump..

Directions about making Insane: Please map things you can play or at least you can test it. I don't think you can play the beginning well.
Ar7-9 is suggested. According to your how complex is your map..
And I think the rhythm is really important. You should follow either vocal or drums. In this song either is ok.
Even it is insane, too much rhythms created by your self is not suggested. The basic of mapping is to make the music better enjoyed by players but not make a new song or something.
