Your patterns on hitsound is very unstable. Try adding a clap on every 2nd / 4th white tick. Excess clap is only acceptable when the music suggested it.
Try some curve sliders and 15° sliders, they can greatly boost the appeal of the map
There are whooooollllllle loooooots of overlapping issues here. When two objects are overlapping each other, they may not be readable, further more they would not give a nice impressions for players. Overlapping is what most maps trying to avoid, and you should, too.

00:11:935 (4) - make shapes like this, it will be a nice blanket with (3)
00:12:424 (1) - move it further to prevent overlapping

00:14:706 (6) - since you have large spacing before, why is it so close to the previous object?

I was only mentioning major problems, while minors would be mentioned by latter modders.
Honestly, the map is somehow old-fashioned(at least to me). But it is acceptable, since it is your first map, you can improve anyways. IMO you should play a lot more maps, in the process learn their patterns and their styles. Some of them can be taken out, with your own method of mapping, creating your own style.

Okay, your map is quite new, so I won't make a super-nazi mod but I will help you to fix the unrankable issues and major errors!

General

It's ok

Easy

00:11:119 (1) - Add a finish in the beginning
00:16:337 (1) - Here too
00:11:119 (1,2) - Try to add some whistles in the end of these sliders, since you don't have many hitsounds in this part
00:15:033 (5,1,2) - Here too, add whistles in the end of these sliders
00:20:250 (5) - This is too loudy, there are too many claps, remove some of them
00:21:554 (1,2) - Again, these sliders sound "empty", add some whistles in the end!
00:24:815 (4) - Add a clap here, you did it earlier so you should do it here as well
00:25:467 (5) - Too many claps!
00:27:424 (1) - Add whistle
00:30:685 (4,5,6,7) - You put claps on 4 and 6, try to put them on 5 and 7 because they follow the drums much better...

Well, I think you have to remake all the hitsounds... They are unconsistant and no BAT will consider them rankable...
Some suggestions? Try to put claps on every upbeat, I mean on every 2nd and 4th tick. I'm not really good at explaining things, so contact me in-game and I will show you how to put them better!
Also, put finishes where there is a finish sound in the song, and try to use whistles where you think they can fit the song!
And also, don't leave parts of the map without hitsounds!

00:56:935 (5) - This slider is too short for an easy and it has too many repeats, make an unique long slider instead of a short slider with 2 repeats, it will less confuse newbie players

02:56:772 (1,1) - These objects are too near, a newbie player can't play them properly, shorten the spinner and let it end in 02:58:728

These were only the most important things, you have to work a lot to improve the map because some sliders are ugly to see, the best way to do this is by getting a lot of mods!
Another thing: While you map, try not to put all objects near to the centre, you had a lot of space and you didn't use it! Let me explain, if you press ctrl+a you can see this:
Well, all the objects are really near to the centre and during playing it gives a bad sensation... I don't know how to explain. Anyway, don't worry because it's just a minor thing that you don't have to fix, but in your next mapset try not to put all objects near to the centre :P

00:43:728 (3,4,5) - Spacing error, use x0,80 please!
00:45:196 (1,2) - Spacing error again

Why you used x1.0 spacing in some parts? It's a Normal diff, so you should really use the same spacing through the whole map, so go through the map and fix the spacing...

01:03:619 (4) - Move to 419|188

Well, you have the same problems also in other diffs, so I think you should check them and fix them...
Sorry but I won't go on in modding because you will have to change a lot of things and my mod will be mostly like useless.

General: I feel like this map ends a little too early, especially since the end of the MP3 is very close to where you have ended, maybe you should map the rest of the song? Just a suggestion.

[Normal]

General: Since this is a normal chart, I would completely avoid jumps of any type. Keep constant distance spacing throughout.
Keeping that in mind, I'll point out some jumps I think are especially bad.

01:26:772 (7) - I would try something else here, a slider that repeats like this too much isn't very fun to play, and frustrating when the player misses.
01:51:065 (2,4,) - Perhaps move these notes a little further away from the notes before them.
01:59:380 (1) - Try to make this note more symmetrical.
02:48:946 (1,2) - This jump is pretty bad.
02:51:228 (4,1) - This jump is also pretty intense.

[Advanced]

General: Isn't this like, almost exactly the same as the normal chart?

00:13:728 (1,1,1,1) - I don't think it is necessary to have these as new combos every time.
01:26:772 (7) - Like I said before.
01:51:065 (2,4) - I still missed these notes, but they didn't seem as bad as the Normal difficulty.
01:59:380 (1) - Again, try to make this note more symmetrical.

[Hard]

General: I feel like there are too many spinners in this map. Perhaps remove one or two or three of them, and chart the map normally instead.

00:14:380 (2,3,4) - I would use a slightly larger distance snapping here. Maybe.
00:22:859 (4) - There are two claps on this slider. It doesn't sound like it fits too well.
00:23:674 (6) - Same as above.
00:24:326 (1) - Same as above.
02:33:293 (4,5,6,7,8) - This beat change is really unexpected, so I would either remove the amount of notes here, or distance snap them and remove the stacking.

[Insane]

General: I feel that with your current distance snapping, your approach rate is too high, consider turning it down a little.

00:18:946 (1,2,3) - I would unstack these, and distance snap them.
00:19:272 (4,5,6) - Same as above
00:19:598 (7,8,9) - Same as above
00:19:924 (10,11,12) - Same as above
00:56:283 (4,5,6) - Since there were two triplet streams before this on a part on the song that sounded the same, I would use the same distance snapping, if that made any sense.
01:02:478 (8) - I hit this note early a lot because of the anti-jump. Perhaps you should move it?
01:14:054 (1,2) - I always have an issue with sliders like this on the faster difficulties. This kinda stuff is really hard to read, because the player thinks that slider 1 goes longer than it does behind slider 2. So mix these notes around here.
02:25:467 (1,2) - I said something like this above, because the sound is the same in the song, and you know the sound that is coming up, you are expecting a similar spacing, so move these notes closer together, because you had them closer together before.
02:36:880 (5) - I'd do something with this circle, it's really hard to read.
03:05:739 (4)(Until end) - This part of the song feels like a total spam, and I don't think it really fits the beat at all to be honest, consider remapping this small bit.
