Don't say the S word, it'll summon you-know-who.

People that see the statement "hetero is the default sexual preference" as an invitation for a debate, aren't worth debating.

What is there to say against it though? We're programmed to reproduce, and this can only be done heterosexually, hence this is technically the default.

That's literally it, there isn't even room for a debate. 🤔
Railey2
Thats exactly what i am saying. The statement "hetero is the default" is such an obvious truth, that everyone who sees it as debate-worthy must he an absolute idiot.

Yeah, I was agreeing entirely with your point, don't worry.

Look mate, I am all for gays and whatever the fuck you prefer, I actually have zero problems with it, but if you try to tell me that being heterosexual is NOT the default sexual preference I'm going to call you a retard, and you know how I LOVE calling people retards. :V

that's the lowest quality I've ever seen this picture posted with

The quality of the picture reflects the quality of the bait.
Railey2
I know, I'm just saying.

Someone really tried to find that sweet spot. If the quality was any lower, you couldn't read it anymore. It's perfect.

wow I'm 188 too. We have so much in common Aurani, doesn't that make you want to share some pics with me?

@jordan: That man seems to be confused. Clearly she is still interested in letting him parent the kids, she just want to remove him from the genepool.

That's already being done for people with hereditary diseases. Not trying to insinuate that being short is a hereditary disease :v

Although I can see how "You're biologically unfit to make a child" could be more devastating to hear than "you're unfit to be a parent"

Also.. that dude is 180? That's not short at all. Troll-post
Aurani
I mean I've never shared pictures of my private parts, but alright, if you insist, I'll send you some via PMs...

It is still a religious book at the end of the day, and I'm sure if the Bible was burned instead they would have gotten the same penalty

It is a religious book. Who cares if you burn one? Why should that be illegal? Should we not have free speech? We theocracy now.

I definitely doubt anyone would get arrested for burning a Bible.

Hold my beer.

i live in a predominantly roman catholic country and i'm 98% sure that you won't get penalized for burning the bible. you'll get judged by the public, yeah. although i don't think there are laws that determine such act as illegal, since our president has made it clear that there should be a separation between the state and the church and as far as i'm concerned, this is true for the preceding presidents as well.

p.s. - i can't speak for other christian countries
Railey2
I have to agree with b1rd on this one. A country that arrests you for burning a "holy" book, is thoroughly fucked. Burning a book is a dick-move, and may very well be perceived by as a grave insult by some, but holy shit. It doesn't harm anyone. Should I get arrested when i burn the antifa manifesto too? Or when i burn a countries flag? Let people be dicks, let them have their offensive shit-opinions. Better if they express them like that than in other ways.
Zain Sugieres
Actually burning a flag is illegal in some countries constitution iirc and I would say that's an actual offence

Its illegal in the US afaik and i think that is equally stupid. A civilized society draws the line at violence or calls for violence against people or their property. Burning a quran or a flag is not that, it is only a symbolic fuck you, but not an act of actual violence against a group or person. Nobody should ever be in prison over someones hurt feelings, ESPECIALLY not if that person only feels insulted because you shat on his imaginary friend.

If you can not say "fuck you" to a person, group or organization without fear of prosecution, society is in a lot of trouble.
johnmedina999
It's not illegal in the US due to the Texas v. Johnson Supreme Court case. However, Zain is right in that some countries have flag burning in their law code; Italy is an example.
Aurani
Actually, burning a flag is an illegal act in every western country.

As far as burning religious books, you can actually get arrested in Bosnia for burning a Quran with the reason being "warmongering", but burning a Bible is just gonna get you some nasty looks and no penalty.
Foxtrot
I never said that I was against burning religious books. I was just stating what would have happened if it was a Bible instead. I agree with y'all
DaddyCoolVipper
worth mentioning is that he didn't just "burn a quaran", he made a video insulting the quaran/Muslims in general which included that as part of his anti-Muslim hate speech

if you throw a holy book onto a fire at home you'd never be arrested, the context is what made the difference here

Honestly, I think it's incredibly disingenuous of b1rd and Railey to talk as if the burning was the only important detail there. Did you guys only read the headline? Those are clickbaits for a reason
