Unfortunately you can only use up or down scroll afaik.
You can change this in the skin.ini by changing the value of "UpsideDown:" setting to 1 means upscroll and 0 means downscroll, the defaul is 0. Theres also a osu! setting for it in the mania keybind settings I believe
