Timing seems perfectly fine to me, your rhythm choices are just kind of random. You'd probably want to get your map Modded for that though, rather than asking here. That link above^ is a guide on how to accomplish that

do you know how to fix this, I have no idea what it means and I can't fix it.
You can just ignore most Ai mod stuff for now, i meant get an actual person to mod the map lol.
That warning specifically means that to rank your mapset you would need to map a normal difficulty (and hard diff) because of spread and drain rules and blah blah blah if youre interested though have a look at this section of the general ranking criteria wiki/en/Ranking_Criteria#beatmap
