What makes you think its supposed to be that difficulty? For me it displays as 3.29 on the website and correctly displays 3.29 in the client too. Not sure on your situation with the map but perhaps its due to the recent-ish star rating changes: home/news/2021-07-27-performance-points-star-rating-updates

I don't see the map being 4* tho? Even with doubles your rhythm is too simple for a Light Insane.
