If you need someone to testplay your beatmap, you can go to #mapping channel (in-game chat) and ask it there.
If you need feedback or mod for your beatmap, just post your beatmap to any open queue here -on [url=https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/60[Modding Queue forum[/url]-, and don't forget to read their modding preferences first before posting.
