Hey guys, i have a question. How do i "use" a hs diff? Would be cool if someone could explain it to me.

You use an external program to copy the hitsounds from one diff to another, commonly known as "hitsound copier".

There are lots of programs that has the ability to do that, most prominently the one in OliBomby's Mapping Tools
