Well its very common for skins to have a yellow colored cursor, however, i really dislike that and i changed it to turquoise, is that allowed or am i going to be banned if that ever goes public? (like im doing so right now)

You are allowed to do whatever you want to the skin. Just don't post it on forums and claim it's yours.
As long as you don't post it on the forums you can pretty much mix skins as much as you want
