just a couple of things

[normal]
00:17:87 (1) - end this slider at 00:19:13, i think sounds better
02:16:48 (1) - end this slider 1/4 beat earlier
02:17:27 (2) - make this start 1/4 beat later, ending at 02:17:75
02:46:61 (1) - start this 1/4 beat later, ending at 02:47:08

[hard]
all those inherited timing sections aren't placed right, place it just like you did in Normal, 1/4 o 1/2 beat before the notes.

other than that, pretty good map

There are only a few things I can come up with, and ones with * in front are ONLY suggestions; you don't have to do these.

00:53:99 (8) - Move this forward a quarter tick then shorten the slider by one degree.

I like what you've done with the storyboard, but these hitcircles aren't very good tbh :/
I don't think you should use kiai.
I also don't like your use of soft hitsounds for most of the song, but that's up to you. However, you shouldn't put timing sections that change hitsounds directly on notes because if the note is hit early it'll play the wrong hitsound.

I don't know much about skinning, but I'm pretty sure that comboburst is TOO BIG. Normal lacks hitsounds, by the way - please add them. They sound so boring at parts without them. ;__; That's all I can complain about. Have a star.

Blue = design/minor issues. you do not have to change these if you don't want to
Orange = moderate issues. it would be best if you change these, but you may be able to get away with not changing it
Red = major issues. you need to change these

i like your SB work. the skin looks nice too on the whole. a little rough on the edges but its only minor.

[NORMAL]

00:25:44 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - i find this bit awkward to play, the way the beats are layed out on the timeline seem odd. i guess they're fine since no-one else has had a problem (i think). same goes for the other bits like this.
00:49:26 (3) - remove this?

[HARD]

this map has the same kind of bits, like at 00:25:44 in normal. again, no-one else had a problem with it, so you can leave them, but i find them awkward.

only nazi spacing stuff i could find. i never bother with that though

you might want to add some more combos to this. some of the combos go past 20 o.O. just add new combos to the long combos please. too many to list here.

other than that, looks good,

the maps not too bad. didn't really blow my mind though.

[Skin]
Comboburst is ugly. I removed white spaces which were ugly and Evanescence text which was unnecessary and blurred edges a bit to make it look less ugly, also cropped empty borders. Result at the end of post (it might look a bit ugly here, but believe me, looks better when playing).

Hitcircle's image is not symetrical. It should be shifted a bit down and right.

Either use custom sliderball and followcircle, or default sliderball and followcircle.

I don't like flashing scorebar. Make it static?

Why black.jpg has 45KB? If you recompress it as .png, it will have around 2KB.

Spinner-metre and grey space at spinner-background do not exactly fit eachother (yes, it's noticable while just playing).

I like it, too, but it needs some well-placed ninja spinners.

a bit clap/whistle heavy, otherwise pretty decent

00:35:70 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - the hitsounds/rhythm of this section makes it feel kinda klunky rather than fluid like the mp3
