Your Normal is too hard
Your map diffs should be "Insane / Hard / Normal" or "Hard / Normal" or "Hard / Normal / Easy"
So, you have some choices to choose:

1. change your Normal as Hard (CS have to -1 and fix some DS) and change your Easy as Normal (make it little harder, 3~3.5 stars)
2. delete your Easy and make your EX diffs easier (CS-1 and fix some DS)
3. make your EX diffs and Normal easier

And I think your skin is unrankable...but keep it now until your map need bubble, BATs will tell you :?

    00:46:218 - I really think kiai should start here. Besides it is the stanza(big white tick), the current one is too suddenly for the song imo
    01:34:181 - End the fading sound here and crop mp3 from this part. Too long blank lol

  1. In my opinion, utilising a more percussion clap hitsound during kiai time would suit very nicely.

Ex
  1. 00:16:265 (2,3,4,5,1) - This would look and play better if it was a nicer curve. Maybe bring (5) down a little.
  2. 00:18:571 (2) - Add a whistle or a clap from the drum sample set here.
  3. 00:23:067 - Add note?
  4. 00:30:562 (6) - Also add a clap on this with the finish to accentuate this note even more. A large bass custom hitsound would be nice.
  5. 01:30:516 (5) - Add clap.

Hard
  1. Same comments about hitsounds
  2. 00:34:021 - Add note.
  3. 00:51:084 - ^

Easy
  1. Nice :)

最初の方が少し合わないように感じると思いますが、それはメロディーの音色が立ち上がりの遅いものであるためだと思います。

  1. 00:36:096 (2) - 少し右に移動? 独自スキンを使っていることもあり、00:34:251 (4) - の判定と重なって見づらいので。
  2. 00:38:863 (1) - 末尾にadd whistle? ずっとUpbeatにwhistleが続いているので。2連続で使う分には00:35:173 (1,2) - で行っているので問題ないと思います。
  3. 01:23:137 (1,2,3,4) - 今までの流れからすると少し遠すぎる気が、1.20xの方が無難じゃないかなと。
  4. 01:26:826 (1) - 01:30:516 - まで延ばした方が? Upbeatで終わってしまうことに違和感、Exで行っているようにDownbeatで終わらせた方が解決感があると思います。

    Can honestly say this difficulty is done and checked out very well. I can consider this as a Normal difficulty yes.

Okay this is what I found so far, sorry if this isn't helpful or not enough but I hope it did help. Since the website was having crashes and troubles at the time I was doing this, it cut time for me to doing Ex difficulty today. Okay, back again to finish with my modding for the Ex difficulty, I can say that there weren't much mistakes that I've found. Though it was pretty tough for me to figure out the pace I had to move for the triplet circles and the streams due to the distance snap but that's just me, keep it for now, but lets see here:

Gosh I wanted to write more about this difficulty but I honestly don't see much mistakes in this difficulty. Can't complain about the triplets and the streams because they can be playable. Just me not being able to know the speed of it and it's a Insane difficulty yes. So overall I guess you can say these are just suggestions rather than minor mistakes. I hoped my mod helped and again wish you good luck on this!

●一つ気になったことがありまして、一定のリズムでwhistleを刻むよりも、clapで刻んだほうが音が撮りやすいと思います。この曲は、一様drumかわかりませんけど、一定のリズムで ”うんたんうんたん” と鳴らしている部分が多いので、 whistleよりもclapでやったほうがいいと思います。00:16:711~01:12:096のあいだですかね。 強くおすすめします。  hitsoundをお探しの場合はこちらを http://puu.sh/5c2Eq.zip

  1. 00:16:250 (2,3) - 現在はclapをつけていますが、clapを削除して左上のSamplesetをNormalにして、Normal-hitnormalの音にしたほうが私は曲にあっている感じがします。ちなみに少し話が逸れますが、Samplesetはそのnoteだけ緑線で変えたときのように別のサウンドセットを使える機能です。ちなみにその下のAdittionは、対応するサウンドセットのカスタムヒットサウンドを使用する機能です。なので、変更前の状態のように、Drum-hitclap + Drum-hitnormalの音を使いたいのであれば、SamplesetをDrumにすることで緑線を使わずに音変更出来ます。AdittionをつかえばNormal-hitfinishをsoftサウンドを使用しているときに手軽に使えたり、使っていないサウンドセットにカスタムヒットサウンドを置くことで、擬似的にカスタムヒットサウンドを増やしたり出来ます。どちらも便利な機能なのでどんどん使っていきましょう!(知っていたらゴメンナサイ!)
  2. 00:31:481 ~ 00:42:557 このパートのhitsoundingに少し違和感を感じます。詳しく言うと、00:31:481 (1) - のスライダーの終点、00:33:095 (4) - とパートの変わる部分から始めの2つのwhistleが赤線に乗っており、強調をしたい部分にwhistleを乗せている雰囲気を感じるのですが、00:35:172 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5) - などで単にパターン的に白線にwhistleを置いているので、パート全体のwhistleの傾向がボケてしまい、強調すべきところが強調できていない様に感じます。このままでも問題ないとは思いますが、下のリストを一度全て変えてから流して聞いてみてください ;)

    00:24:097 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) -
    この二つは大体同じ曲調の部分だと思うのですが、00:16:711 (1,2) - では(1)のスライダーの終わり+(2)で2連続のwhistle、00:24:097 (1,2) - では(2)のみにwhistleとなっています。もちろん単に統一することが良いと言っている訳ではないですが、意図的ではないhitsound patternのくずれは譜面の完成度を下げるように思えます。

    ここは曲も静かなパートですが、この後は音の取り方が変わるので、この程度なら少しオブジェクトを増やしても特にバランスを崩すこともありません。

    (1,2)では緩やかな流れで比較的打ちやすそうな流れをしている反面、(2,3)では(3)への入りで鋭角的な配置が1回。そしてそのスライダーの向きがそれを補わずに鋭角の少し急な流れをずっと引き継いでいるので、見た目等以前の問題として少し打ちにくく感じそうだと思いました。
    この後の00:17:634 (3,1) - で対称性を持っていることは知っていますが、私にはそこまで拘っている配置のようにも見えなかったので、それらを無視して配置の提案をしています。

Most players might have a hard time adjusting their aim to play these 1/4 jumps after doing the accelerated spacing jumps. Again, reducing the spacing a little might work, although then you'll have to move 01:07:476 (1) somewhere.
Eh that's it. I'm not really fond of this mapping style to be honest, but it's totally fine otherwise. Couldn't find much to pick at. This map can still be a little more organized, though. It still looks kinda messy in terms of design.

  6. 01:09:322 (6) - this might be more fun to play if you curved it downwards instead of up
