It is inexplicable. Since Cookiezi went afk, high-level players went afk one by one. Last week it was val0108, this week it is WhiteWolf{1} and wobeinimacao. Furthermore, although SilviA didn't state anything, it has been 10 days since his last login.
There are few high-level players in the ranks of newest beatmaps, there are even some #20 scores with no full combos.

Turns to Scarlet Rose, #1 score was SS with HL too, the username is 47pc. Did this cheater register 1pc to 47 or even more to get #1 ?
Searching for other global ranking of some difficult beatmaps. Oh my god, the cheater has registered not only 47 accounts, 470pc has been registed too, and most of the app #1 score was got by the cheater, with SS or silver SS with HL.
Soon we all found the seriousness of this problem, searching directly on the official website, found that 1pc to 999pc have been all registered and get #1 each, but the accounts after 999pc was not registered. The cheater only wanted to get 999 #1, or just stop here today?
Peppy banned all the 999 accounts and the cleared the score. Someone asked peppy why not ban his ip address, peppy said that the 999 accounts were from different ip from all over the world, it's impossible to ban ip address.

But he was only can cheat in a high-level.People will doubt about it if there was not a growing progress, though the scores are believable. Osu! is a game without miracle.
But this did't stop the afk of high-level players. N a n o afk on the second day, then the top 100 players were all afk. with no similar name in the F9 list, I felt a little sad.
Message received in the chat group, the sender is ballance.
"I don't think he was a a cheater simply."
"ballance didn't afk? So unexpected!"
"funny, how could I afk."
What ballance thought strange is, the #1 what the cheater takes from was all afk. He doesn't take #1 from the players who were not afk.

No activities of 1000pc in the next four days. I doubt it was a second account of someone with fun. But the fifth day, the game pop the bubbles "Friend: 1000pc are now online"

When I was about to spectating 1000pc, others found the cheater online too.
2 minutes later, the status of 1000pc became afk, without playing. Nothing changed in his userpage.
Suddenly, spamming starts in #chinese:

The spamming lead to the protection of the server, he was silenced, then offline.

20 mins later, hit rate for this thread is more than 85k, but still no response by Ballance. At the same time, I realized it is already 23:00.

But tomorrow, as soon as I on my pc, I find everybody keep talking Ballance afked everything (QQ group, tieba thread, etc.), and it seems he afked from OSU! by now.

Interesting, Ah? Ballance is a player who is full of “love” to OSU! in my mind. Although he is really busying to deal with his work, but still not give up this game until yesterday. But what I see is, he suddenly afked just after he get a trip to WuHan, and trying to find some powerful evidence of the cheater.

Why? What happened? Anyhow, I guess Nano should know more about it.
Surely enough, There is a 100 post thread with everybody questioning Nano, to make him clarify what devil is happening. Gladly, Nano also reply with kind:

No response by Ballance. It seems that there is some noise behind, something like a continuous whimper, meaning somebody is spontaneous crying. But it is not clear, maybe it is the phone not in good condition.

I want to investigate what exactly the noise is. Then I max the volume. It sounds to be crying, indeed.

Then I call him 3 times. Ballance pick up every call, but I still get nothing from him no matter what I say, what I ask, I can only hear the noise which sure to be crying, even if I call him "flabby bXXch".
