Make slider circles zoom in?

(check video) how can I make the first slider circle zoom in like the second slider circle?

The element is sliderfollowcircle.png, you can search for some on google and add to your own skin.

I'm guessing the first skin is the one used by FunOrange.

It has sliderfollowcircle and sliderb merged into one. You would have to either get both from another skin or use an image editing program to separate them. Inner circle being sliderb.png and the outer ring being sliderfollowcircle.png.
