Daily Lives of High School Boys(Danshi Kōkōsei no Nichijō) is the funniest one I've ever watched.
Well...Touhou M-1 Grand Prix series are funny as well, but I dunno if I can call them 'anime'...

I found Kannagi Crazy Shrine Maidens hilarious.
Has to be Gintama for me...I've never seen anything like it.
I mean, 90% of the time I was in tears from laughing so much that I had to rewind and watch it again to watch the scene properly.
Favourite character has to be Katsura. "ZURA JA NAI, KATSURA DES"

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou and GINTAMA are probably the BEST Comedy Anime ever for Me
