Does someone has a skin that looks similar to Emperorpenguin's private ones? i want those hit circles and cursor so bad

You should probably show some screenshots of the emperorpenguin skin, since its hard to answer that question without knowing what you look for

The cursor looks like the blue adaption of cookiezi’s old kamui skin and a similar hit circle can be found in the ismilez spazza NM skin
