Not really giving much input here...yet...

Offset actually seems fine for the moment. Pushing it earlier or later makes it sound ugly. If it's wrong, you should give or take a few ms.

The BPM I might be iffy about. I'll need to wait for you to finish mapping.

At the moment, [Easy] looks like an eyesore, by the way. Some rhythms looked kind of tough for beginners and it's a slow monster...There might be the possibility of renaming it to [Normal]. We'll see when it finishes though. xD

I can't find mistakes in mod.

[Normal] 1:39:262, It seems a bit hard for a player only with normal level to distinguish the first 2 notes, and it is NOT a mistake.
But it seems your modding style, it is ok ;) players will pass it at the 2nd time

02:26:53 (8,9) - this added with the end sound of 7 sounds terrible imo.
what i got was 02:26:62 (8), 9 removed, and slider backed up to 02:26:89.

Most of it was pretty solid. I didnt like a lot of the random or barely readable jumps (01:42:34 (1,2) - for example)

Normal-
00:53:29 (6) - Consider taking this out. My reasoning is that there is a lack of hit on the first sound at 00:52:759. It would also make the combo flow better since it would be more consistent with the slider spacing before it. Just my opinion =p

Ore ha Impact (it's written 'ha' yet pronounced 'wa'... HORRAY! So I'm going to miss with your and type it 'ha' and not 'wa', just to make your head hurt)

00:46:11 (9,1) - Either move 1 or redo 9. 1 is covered by 9, which is, of course, not good. At all.
00:49:16 (1,2,3,4,5) - This is silly. Well, more like a pain to read. Same with the part before it. Since the spacing between all 3 notes is the same, and usually in situations like this you just go to the first one you see since 99% of the time it's the right one and you have no time to react... this keeps on confusing me. ><;
01:23:29 (1) - I'm fine if you make hit circles soft, but as a general rule of them, never make them silent please. What is does, is screw me over, because I'm not sure if I hit the note. Putting it up 3 notches worked was about perfect.
01:42:34 (1,2,1,1) - Consider redesigning this part please. The spinner feels weird.
02:15:39 (2) - Trouble seeing which way to go, because to me it's essentially a blue blob. It's fine as is though.
02:31:38 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - God help me. Sorry, I can't read and react to this. I just... can't...

Otherwise it's a mighty fine job!

Also: In general, go for barely audible over completely silent. Hit sounds let me know if I hit a note, that's the only way I know, really, since I don't have time to look for a hit burst and then go on to the next note. :P

Changed a few new combos on the way but I disagree with most of them. Because it would cut the lyrics in half :/ and looks nicer this way.

As for this:

This map is lovely.

The claps kind of sound invasive. Perhaps replace it with a custom sound of soft-hitclap as your normal? Or maybe just lower the volume overall?

I don't really have anything else to say, or I can't remember wha tto say at the moment.

EDIT: If you don't want to compress the video, optimize the .mp3 . Just put it in Audacity and export or something. You can easily make that 5mb into 3-4.

I once delete a ranked map because the mapper keep mapping beats at the edges of the screen that it drove me mad, lol. Just an opinion though.

Slowdown is... somewhere in between. I really can't describe it.

(Overall)
- Don't have that big lead-in for anything but the last difficulty, as it means the user must press skip twice to start
- Make sure all your breaks are spaced correctly; I saw some overlap. Go back on the timeline, delete the breaks, and put them back in again.
