I'm using "Gimp" right now to make my first skin, but it feels very uncomfortable. I didn't see much mentions about skinning using "Pixlr", so if someone uses this, please tell me is it good or not.

i dont skin but I used to use pixlr for simple stuff. I moved to photopea since its very similar to photoshop

pixlr seems meh, photopea as Kaoruko Moeta mentioned is a decent PS replacement. You may also want to take a look at Paint.NET and Figma
