Maybe remove some timing points that were from the other diffs, some parts don't seem to need them.

My opinion of hard-> Normalish-Hard-Insane-Hard-Insanish-Hard~~ the insane parts would be the DJ scratching parts where people have to sight read to get.
Plus I think you don't need to follow the guildline for Hard's Hp drain for this... lower please?

yea, it was my free beats, i put them there since there would be a to big gap to leave them out. but ive switched it to only one note now without claps

The soft-sliderslide sound weird. I would remove.

Normal:
Fix the breaks.
01:48:71 (11) - Remove clap.
00:47:15 (2) - The spacing between 00:46:76 (1,2,3).
00:48:32 (5) - Compare spacing between 00:47:15 (2,4).

Hard:
It bothers me that the overall difficulty is the same as Insane.

Insane:
00:42:86 (10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - I can't say I like the spacing here. The (10,11) are 1/2 in difference but so is (13,14) yet is has different spacing.
Yikes, those streams look troublesome.

Please put any offset that changes audio either 1/4 or 1.8 behind the note it's placed on so if someone hits it early, it doesn't sound weird.

Believe me, 0 sounds the best. I made my own custom diff. for this that involved only 1/2 streams and I got 0% off with 0 offset.
