The agency that deals with that shit is GEMA and wants money from youtube . Youtube says no. So they make these videos unwatchable for germans so youtube does not get sued or so.
Anyway it is mostly enough when the GEMA assumes that it is licensed music. They don't even have to check that really unless the persons proves that it is not licensed >.>
So most videos with music are not watchable
It is stupid nonsense but nobody seems to understand this x)
