Ranking panel doesn't fit properly

Problem details: i tried making my own skin was going good so far until my ranking panel wouldn't fit, i tried resizing the .PNG file but nothing seemed to work.

You are using Version: 1 in your skin.ini. Set it to 2.5 and it should fit
