Can the hp bar be with the small border?

Here's a quick explanation of what I am saying (maybe);

I want this hp bar https://imgur.com/D9Wagoc to be seen with this small border https://imgur.com/2yvNSBi as well. Is there a way to do this or you can only pick one option?

P.S. Sorry if the way I'm using the images are incorrect, this is my second post.

You need to not just copy scorebar-color but also scorebar-bg

Sorry if you dont understand, but what I meant was is it possible that the scorebar-bg in the first image can be combined with the small border in image 2.

yes they can be combined, you just need to edit the images into one
