I tried making a skin but the menu-button-background is always offset. Is there any way i can fix this ?

The anchor point of menu-button-background is left-center. This means to offset it like you did you would need to add a lot of blank space on top of the file. Make sure that the blank space at the top and bottom of menu-button-background are equal.

I think you meant this, sadly it won't work like that either
