What are the recommended budget mechanical keyboard?

Depends what you mean by "budget," but the 'best' most commonly used branded keyboards that are within good price would be the Anne Pro 2, the Ducky and Varmilo lineup, or just making your own custom. I don't recommend anything Corsair and pre-builds tend to have their faults more than something you'd make yourself.
I also don't recommend prebuilts with ABS keycaps because they tend to not just look less attractive but wear down a lot faster than PBT keycaps. (Yes this is important)
Of course there are a lot of different prebuilt keyboards out there, not necessarily under what I listed.
My best recommendation is do your research, see what works best for you.
