First of all, I believe that this is not the place to complain. All mappers of all modes have this same problem of finding BNs, so you're not alone.

community/forums/topics/726725Also, even if you do have a minimum of 5 required hypes, that does not necessarily mean that the map is automatically ready for rank. If probably means you met a minimum of 5 people to mod your map, but it's a matter of quality. It's better to have modders, regular players, mod your map for any tiny details before you contact a BN who most likely will not not nominate your map and rather rip into every detail they don't deem rank quality. Your map is short, yes, but because it's so short, there's no room for errors.
